Hypersexuality After Right Pallidotomy for Parkinsons Disease

The authors describe hypersexuality following atypical right pallidotomy for intractable Parkinsons Disease (PD). This patient and literature review suggest important roles for the pallidum in sexual behavior and dopamine in sexual arousal.
