Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) was used to treat a patient with a large
left frontal craniotomy and remaining frontal meningioma. Treatment was
successful and uneventful. ECT should be considered in the treatment of
drug-resistant depressed patients with craniotomies and remaining tumor.
