Editor’s Note: The Journal of Neuropsychiatry and Clinical Neurosciences Debuts “Online-Ahead-of-Print” Feature!

JNCN in Advance has debuted on our website (neuro.psychiatryonline.org). Articles will be published online ahead of their appearance in a print issue at “JNCN in Advance.” Articles appearing online will be fully copyedited and represent the official published version. When they ultimately appear in a print issue, the volume year's page numbers will be added, but otherwise the article will be the same. Thus, upon online publication, the article's metadata are delivered to the National Library of Medicine so that days later, the article is available in MEDLINE and discoverable via PubMed. This means articles now enter the scientific literature in weeks rather than months. We are very excited to offer this feature to our authors.
